Ive got a problem..

Ok guys Ive screwed up and got water all in my headlights.. I was trying to install some blue strobes in it yea ok mayb rice but o well.. Neways I drilled a whole ok and now there is dust all in it.. Is there anyway to removing the outer casing so I can clean it?? I screwed up even more cause I thought I could wash it out and well yea its all fogged up now Im hoping it dries out.. Also how can I just remove the whole headlight itself anyone have directions on that?? Because i figured I can wash it out better and find a way to dry it if I just take the whole thing off.. please I really need to fix this it looks awful..

I haven't actually done it but it looks like the metal clips on the top of the headlight can be popped up and then the lense will come off.
BTW if the bulbs are painted blue you will get a ticket, probably just a fix it though.

...you'll have to stick it in Mom's oven first. 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Pry with a butterknife.
