It's only a V6
HAHA...yeah, it was pretty good. Caught the guy off guard.
Of course, I won't be saying that to any of the newer GTs.
You won't catch me whining about "I want a Z28 or a SS". I mean it would be nice to have it and all but it isn't as if my life won't be complete unless I get one.
You know, it's easy for a lot of guys with Zs or SSs to ask "Why did you get a V6?". Honestly, I don't feel like I need to justify anything to anyone. It doesn't bother me and if it bothers you, TS for you.

fun, but slow
I have to agree w/ the general consensus. I bought my 94 V6 to drive while my Monte SS is off the road. It's not a fast car, but it's a fun car no less. It's would never be worth it to try and make this car do a 13-14 sec. quarter mile, you'd kill your budget. That's where the Z28 comes in, it's affordable and it's fast.
Completely off topic-- does anyone know if RKSport ever corrected their welding problems with their headers?

Hehe, some guys.I LOVE V6 F-bodies,especially the 3.4 versions.Probably because that was my first real car that I bought BRAND NEW in 1995.The car was fun,and I can honestly say that I had more fun in my old V6 than I have in the Z right now.Maybe it was age or something I don't know, but beating everybody at the strip in the Z has no challenge,no feeling of accomplishment at all.But when I beat people in my old 3.4,it was like
Especially when you popped the hood and showed them that you had 2 less cylinders.I am debating right now whether to buy a 1993 V6 and see how fast I can get the car to go or getting an old beater car.Anyway, this is one V8 owner who never talks smack about V6's,only idiots do that.Enjoy the car for what it is,not how fast it is.Remember the wise words from the fast and the furious "I live my life a 1/4 pounder at a time!"
