I am going to buy a used moroso cai for my 95 3.4 camaro and the guy says there is a vacuum connection or something to the housing. I just went to go look at mine and see no vacuum line or anything going to my stock intake housing. So what i'm asking is should there be something there or am i just going to have to cover it up? Thanks

 

Hmmmmm,the only vaccum line on the 3.4 that I know of is the line that goes to the valve cover.Maybe that's what he's talking about?

That's the only thing I can think of

 

If that line is what he's talking about and the intake doesn't have a hole for the line then a breather cap will work fine on the valve cover.But you'll need one with a low clearance,the intake plenum sits really close to the valve cover.If he's talking about the actual Moroso intake having a hole that you don't have anything to plug into then some clear RTV sealant should work OK.Good luck.

The actual hole is in the moroso cai and about the line to the valve cover, it actually goes to the rubber elbow so that cant be it. I guess i'll just have to plug it or something. thanks for the help
