I'm about to replace the water pump on my 3.8 96 RS. Any advice, tips, or things to be careful of?

Wow. Thanks dude! I would have been ****ed without that piece of advice. Anyway...It's done. No leaks. Fluid topped off. But now it's running cool. Maybe my thermostat is sticking open. I'll have to replace that too I guess.
