is there any way to raise the lift a little for a stock cam, stock rockers, stock lifters, stock pushrods, stock valve springs.
like modify the rockers a little or something to create a bigger lift?

then I could turn my stocks into 1.9s, by customized modification

How would you propose to do it????
There are two ways-- more rocker ratio-- or another cam with more lobe lift--- That's it......

 

You might want to find a bascic description and read up on pushrod valvetrains because I don't think you have a very good understanding.
