Talking I blew the turbo on the PSD...but look at its replacement..MUWHAHAH

Wellllll....its finally done..
Three full days......(mainly do a parts logistics problem thanks to my good buddy forgeting my PARTS....but he got it taken care of by Delta Airlines that night....thank you Mr. "C") Don't worry we are still friends

The H2E is in!!! The HPC Coated manifolds are in!!!!

Ran into a couple of issues....like having to make up my own oil supply line fitting for the turbo...(another part of that parts logistic issue I had)....had the feeling of Monster Garage there for a minute

Pics are at .... http://community.webshots.com/user/pwrstroke444v8....

But in the process of this......Big Red is now also "drug-free"....for now I took the LPG off......

Things on the list now are bigger injectors yet.....NAWZZZZ .......and some ladder bars to get it to HOOK!!!

Now as for the performance aspect.....WOW!!! Peak boost is not 35psi (diesel only of course). Depending on which chip file is in there.........I can bury the pyro to 1400 degrees Pre-turbo (used to have it post).....and it clears up.....oh Dennis...we need more fuel

There is no virtually no lag at cruising speeds, and in town, no more lag than what I had when I went from the stock to the Banks 1.0 or the Ats intake and the 1.0.....same amount of lag.

It was a ton of work........but you get back what you put into it

.......and yes......it whistles like a true turbo.

I do want to thank my "pit-crew"...Paul and Roy for their time, and wrench turning.....and for chauffering me back and forth, and on the parts runs....and to my other friend Wendell and his wife Zana for letting me tie-up thier driveway for a week....and to Jess if for nothing else than moral support...and the lunch runs

I definetely do not think its an underdog in the torque wars!

Congrats on the install... I think that turbo displaces 3.4Ls.

That's what you think

That turbo blows more air than a 3.4 could ever use

750cfm at 3400 engine rpm......vs a 3400 engine at 5000rpm
