How Would A Cut-out Sound On A V6??

Yea, I got a SLP Cai, and it didnt change the deepness worth crap. So if you are getting the CAI just to make it deeper dont. I would say possibly make your own CAI.

mine got deeper when i put my CAI on it, its all 3" PVC and a cone filter

i have flowmaster, with a 3" cat on the stock 2.5" pipes. i cant wait to get the money to change it back to stock. like most people have said, it sounds good at idle and at lower Rpms, but sounds awful when you step on the throttle. i used to have a straight pipe inplace of the cat, but that was extremely loud, didnt sound bad untill one day i was driving with a hangover . but i want to go back to quiet stock exhaust
