Brink's right ..he can't refuse the warrenty work. He put the engine in. If he still doesn't budge, I would call Jasper and see who else in your area installs their engines. The only problem is , you may be paying for parts or labor if the original shop doesn't do the work.

well he apparently is denying me... the warranty is for the block itself, and doesn't cover any of the accessories or damage done by an accessory.. i can't believe it..my family has spent over 8g's at his shop in the past 3 years...

Just to throw this out there. I think in either 95-96 (not sure on the year), the camaros were still OBD I, but had the OBD II connectors, as a phase in to the OBD II system. Maybe this is why they can't get a code.
