HELP! Computer keeps resetting!

God man, along with my car making this weird noise, now the computer resets whenever I start my car. The gauges start jumping all over the place, and the mileage goes back to 0 on the trip counter. Does anyone know why its doing this. My car is still under warranty, so they better fix whatever it is. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Lightbulb Noise and Computer Resetting

I had something similar happen on my car. It was the alternator, Every time I cranked the sucker up the gauges would jump and the trip indicator would always jump to zero. I would hear noise comming through the dash but couldn't place it. I then headed over to Autozone and they checked out the alternator. It wasn't pumping any juice, they told me the car had been running off of the battery because the battery was getting drained. In my case it was the Alternator.
