Help! Camaro running awful.
Ok back in September I bought a 1993 3.4 auto camaro. The guy I bought it from hadnt really driven it much in about a year. Since i've had it i've probly taken it on 4-5 short drives around the neighborhood and i have tried to start it and run it for a few minutes at least 2 times a week. The reason for all of this being that it wasnt plated or registered. Well today I went to the DMV and did all the crap so i can legally drive it. I get home and bolt the plates on to take it for a spin. I started it up and it was idling pretty rough, but i guess this is understandable since its 20 degrees out and it never gets driven. Next, I get out on the road and get up to 50mph, and the engine is really load and sounds like its workin hard, also the backend is unusually loud. Again, i thought this was just a product of sitting for many months. So i make a stop at my uncles house just to chat for awhile, and when i come back out the car wouldnt start. So i kept trieng and it finally turned over, but it was running absolutely awful. The oil pressure dropped down to 20ish and kept goin up and down between like 15-30. The engine was sounding all fugded up and the car was jerking a little. So i thought oh sh*t. I pulled out onto the road and when i hit the gas the oil pressure returned to normal and i got home. So my first day in the camaro sucked *****, and i was hoping you guys might have some thoughts as to what the hell is going on. I am thankful for any input.
P.S= i have changed the oil, oil filter, brakes, plugs, and plug wires already just as routine maintence.

Well thank god the problem wasnt that bad. What happened was the gas gauge is way off, so i had 2-3 gallons left in the tank when the gauge read 3/4. The car just passed inspection today so thats all good. As for the noise level, I'm gonna pop the dfferential open this weekend and see how everyting is. Maybe i'm just used to driving more "luxury" style cars with more sound dampening. Oh well, just see how everything goes.
