Harmonic Balancer question

I am replacing the timing set on my 95 3.4L. While removing the harmonic balancer pulley, I pulled the outer weight ring off the pulley. I managed to slip the ring back on in the same position it came off, but am concerned now that it will be out of balance. Can this be fixed?

get a new one. that thing is no longer any good. I am a balancer engineer and will promise you that that thing doesnt drive 500 miles before flying off. if it will allow itself to be pressed on by hand, it wont do its job.
