i have a Black 1995 V6(loaded) A4 and i was wondering what it has for stock gears

also i was wondering if it would be worth it to have posi traction

for the gears, look on the side of your driver's side door and it should have a bunch of codes. the gears is GUx. i forgot what each one stands for, but do a search and they will pop up. also in your glove box it should say too. most people say that they loaded from the factory with 3.23's.

honestly, i do not know much about the posi. i think that was like the y87 package and v8 type deal they had going on. i could be wrong. if you have a 3.23's, then a jump to 3.73's or 4.10's would be considerable. just depending how often you will race it or just street race it. my 2000 has 3.42's and i love em. there perfect cause when i want to race, they have great low end power and i do not lose to much in my upper band. if you want to go just track go up to 4.10 cause of the high power. if you want something in between id say 3.42 but it will be kinda hard to tell the difference if you 3.23's. just keep in the mind, the higher the gear, the lower top speed and less gas mileage.
