Crazy Squealing noise and possible air leaking problem, HELP!!

So when i cold start my car it has a real loud squeal. Its coming from my serpintne belt. but i just replaced it maybe 3 months ago and its still squealing. it goes away after about 15 minutes or so, but its just recently gotten louder. i dont know waht to do with it, when i poor some water on the belt, the noise goes away so i have no clue as to what it could be.

I also have a, well im no mechanic and im just starting to get into fixing my own car and all that but it sound slike air is leaking from somewhere behind my alternator. i honestly dont know where or from what pipe it could be leaking but i cean definatly hear air coming from somewhere behing the alternator area.

if anyone has some clues as to what these problems could be an how to fix it, they will grately appreciated!!

WELL i found the problem for both issues. lol I need a new water pump, and the air noise was coming from the hose that makes the air come out of the vents, whatever that air hose is called, it was disconnected somehow. SO! now i just need to change out my water pump. another fun project to do. Love DUI work
