Cheaper replacment for stock fuel pump

My girlfriend has a 97 camaro and the fuel pump just went out, the dealer wants $350 and the autoparts dealers want $250+, so i was wondering if i could wire up a walbro, or even better just put on inline. money is tight right now plus i just think the price is a little crazy. Thanks Mike

I don't know the specs but I know you can do a walboro... Like a $100-135 one.
