Car is going nuts...

I have a 1996 Firebird 3.8 liter with 116,000 miles.

I was going to my friend's house to put new brake pads on the car.. I'm sitting at a light and I notice my "check gauges", ABS INOP, Air Bag light comes on. I also noticed my temp gauge jumped up about 40 degrees and my battery gauge was pegged at 18. I started to go and the car wouldn't accelerate past 1500 rpms, no matter how far I pressed the petal down. I pulled into a parking lot and shut the car off, I turned the car back on and the temp dropped to 210, and the battery gauge dropped into the yellow zone. The car will not accelerate past 2500 rpms.

So in short:

Chk gauges, ABS INOP, Air Bag lights on
Car will not rev past 1500 RPMs
Temp gauge jumps about 40 Degrees
Battery gauge at 18

I shut the car down:

Check gauge light still on
Temp gauge drops to 210
Battery gauge drops to the yellow zone (11? volts)
Car revs only to about 2500 RPM

Any clues on what it could be? Alternator? PCM?

I need help fast. Thanks guys

seriously doubt all those problems are for real.. I'd think it is most likely a problem with actual PCM or gauge cluster, but maybe a main connections going into either one
