Budget modding a 3.4 in 2023

Hi, new to this forum. Like my name suggests I own a very clapped out 95 3.4l Camaro which I love to death. I’ve owned it for about 3 1/2 years and I’ve slowly been learning how to work on it/keep it running after every time it breaks down. I want to make the most out of it before I break it for good. Obviously being a 3.4 it has no business trying to race and there’s no local tracks I can take it to anyway besides short dirt ovals. However it is a small town with scenic winding back roads leading to other towns and I’m enjoying pushing the car through turns trying to brake less and maintain speed. What I’m looking for are ways to get a more decent amount of power out of the engine so it’s got a little more punch and maybe beef up the suspension more. The reason I started my own thread is because on other forums and this one a lot of threads are older and either links people have shared no longer exist or the parts I go looking for have been discontinued. I don’t expect to get too much out of the engine so lately my focus has been finding budget coilovers that fit but I’m having difficulty finding those save for maybe one or two options I’ve found. My budget is fairly low, I work a factory 9-5 and am trying to keep this affordable as possible. I would go to my local junkyard but first I’d like a firm grasp on what I’m actually looking for. I know LT1s are cheap and would be easier all around but I’ve grown attached to this car and everyone around me really wants to see me do something with the car I already have. Any help would be appreciated, I am still new to this so bear with me. Thanks! (Also I’ll be doing wheels soon hopefully, I had one sitting on a trailer with a bad tire and I guess the city hauled it off along with my floor Jack and snowmobile. Never found them)

Are you looking for adjustable height coil-overs on all 4 corners?

Hard to do on a “low budget”, but here’s a reliable source:

Yeah I know budget is a relative term, but I do have the patience to save for parts. The Vikings were what I had found on my own but seeing other options helps. I would like to have all 4 be adjustable so I can play around and find what feels best for me and I’d like to lower it a bit. I also plan on new sway bars too that’s most likely the next upgrade I do
