In all honesty...zero.

The only way you would see a "gain" is if your current plugs are so crapped up that you are losing performance in which the new plugs would RESTORE the original performance, not provide any additional gains. Unless you have upgraded your ignition system, you would gain nothing.

I'm very skeptical about those plugs...I've seen my best bud swear by them, dyno his car only to show no differences between those and regular AC Delco plugs. If you go to any search engine and look for those plugs, you'll read why they are a waste.

I hope you still have your receipt...

those plugs are JUNK!!!! Take them back before you install them and get your money back. The reason is that you can't gap them. If you look under your hood for the plug gap it says .60

The gap on those plugs out of the box is around .35-.40

You're not going to get any gains at all from them. If you're stuck on Bosch plugs, just get the single platinums. They're decent plugs and they're not $5 a piece....

Do you have any other mods? If you are still stock, I would put off the ignition until the basics are covered. Thats just me though...

The ignition is a worthwhile upgrade though...don't get me wrong.
I would still go with some other plugs...NGK and regular AC Delcos (Rapidfires or Plats) are held in high regard with most.
