The worst thing I have ever helped my buddy do was put plugs in his 3.8 bird.... We had begun at 9:30 asnd now it is like 3AM and we are almost done.. We busted a exhaust manifold bolt, we had to drop the y-pipe, agh, I do not evny you guys on this.. Tommrow we do my LT1... Last time we did it in an hour... Go figure... The first time a v8 has more room to do something.

 

what are you talking about?
you guys went at it the wrong way. sure its not the easiest thing, but it aint so hard you have to take the y pipe off.
you need to learn to deal with **** where it lay--best advise my dad told me.

but i do have girlie hands so i can get to things easier. so yes, for MANly handed people, it is truly a pain in the azz. i do understand where you are coming from.

 

we are both over 6 foot and played college ball.. We are big... Plus in a few weeks I have to have shoulder surgery so we had a lot against us.... Doing it over I would:

Drop the y-pipe
take off the AC compressor
