Big Tech?
OKAY. Well I bought an 88 camaro a couple of years ago for a project car and it has become my daily driver. This car is about 85% restored. New freakin everything engine and trans anyway. Too include new sensors throughout
The third Mass Air Flow sensor. Now just because I have installed three does not mean i did no research, on this thing, So far I have check and recheck every wireing problem known to man short to ground, short to hot, short to anything. By-passed the harness completely. Direct ground and hot. No matter what the sensors read 2.5V. no throttle and WOT.
The wire from the ECM which according to the book is a "signal wire" puts out 5V+ to the sensor, until you plug it in to the sensor then it reads 2.5V+.
Should that wire have 5V+?
Any other thoughts?
IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR THE DYNOMITE.
