When I added my CAI I had to relocate it. A length of wire, a wire loom, and two splices will produce the same results for much less.

i know I could make it for cheaper, **** thats easy to do for about $14, including the $8.99 senser, just wondering how many have done it

No need to buy another one, you have one already!

I don't know where they suggest you relocate it to, but I have "relocated" mine into the cone filter I have on the CAI. Personally I don't think there is any major power improvement, and I know enough about the car to know that you're not going to see any real power from it.

YOU can extend it easily, won't see great gains, but will help overall driving, around town especially when the motor starts to heat up.

So did you just cat the wires, splice two together that was long enough to move all the way down to the cone filter... How did you connect it to it or is it just flopping around?

I stuck mine inside the filter and let the clamp for the filter hold it in there. Again, no real gains from it.
