Be aware that a lot of those parts are for W-bodies (e.g. Grand Prix) and may not be compatible with a Camaro.
I believe you can add 100+hp without too much trouble, but I strongly recommend that you find someone to advise you who has actual experience. Unfortunately, I don’t think you’ll find that person here.
...back in the day, there were a few guys that supercharged them and were giving Z28's at the time a run for their money... The 3.8 was a reliable V6. I had a '96 V6, and back then RKSport was the go to company for V6 performance. They had exhaust systems, CAI's, Headers, and supercharges for them back in the day... I personally had their V6 dual exhaust...I think it was a dynamax muffler if I remember correctly. I'll attach some pics from some catalogs I had back in the day. the 3.8 V6 ran from '95 (CA models, '96-up rest of us) - 2002.

I'll keep checking to see what we can do with it. But ZZ performance does have some interesting stuff.
Oh, and this isn't staying in an F-body. I have a wrecked low mileage 2000 Camaro, a 2004 Civic with a bad engine. And I couple of guys looking for something to do in Votech. This might be fun!
