your price is too high for what you are selling.

what do you think would be a better price then?.... i know its close....i mean look you can get the engine for like 400 lets say....doesnt need to be rebored or anything....no rebuild...runs fine....look at the trans...lets say you can get one at a junkyard for 200...mine doesnt need any new parts, and it comes with new fluid.....radiator...lets say 50 bucks from a junkyard....hoses....prolly about another 50 new....i'm giving em with the motor....air intake hoses and computer....lets say 100 all together....and not to mention all the little nuts and bolts you would have to buy....so you tell me what a good price for all of this is....oh ya and the fan theres another lets say 25 from the junkyard....so what are we at....aout 825....give or take a few bucks...and thats if you could find all those parts at the prices i'm guessing.....i mean if you can find em cheaper more power to ya....but i dont think you can

but who would WANT to buy a 121,XXX 3.4 ?

i agree with your prices, but thats like saying you can buy used underwear at the salvation army for 50 cents. sure its a good price, but who would buy it

i have seen less milage 3.8s with everthing you are offering go for $900. i was selling mine for $1,100 and i had ported heads and intakes.

your 3.4 is worth about 300 bucks complete. tranny another 200, get rid of it for 5-600 for everything, would be good....

btw I got my spare motor for 400 complete with 50,000 miles.
