another missfire issue

ok well i am having a miss fire issue,
its wierd
its there sometime and not there other times.
sometimes when i shut the car off and turn it back on it miss fires.

so i replace the plugs and wires, didn't help

i replace the coils and the ignition module, didn't help

still there sometimes

hook snapon diag tool up tells me another issue with the cam sensor
replace that
still a problem.

so i test the cam sensor the pink and the pink and black wires good volts there
when i test the brown wire i get too many volt, i get 11 its supposed to have a max of 7 wtf,

so i go farther into it i jump the connecter with a paper clip to read codes this way i get no code 12 which would suggest bad pcm?

any help im lost
i have replace everything i can think of?
