3.8L supercharger

I was wondering if it is possible to take a supercharger off of a pontiac GTP along with the computer and install them on a 3.8L firebird.

one person has done it but it took a ton o fab work to make it fit. and there is no room for a intercooler if you plan to push the limits

If you pop the hoods of both cars, you will see what you are up against. I have never heard of anyone doing the swap, but if they did, I'm sure it did take alot of modifying to get it to work. In that case, it would be easier just to buy an aftermarket supercharger.

Would you happen to have the link? I am very curious to read up on it considering I own both a Grand Prix GTP and the Camaro of course.

The main problem I see is that the throttle body will be somewhere in your dash.
