98 camaro 3.8 v6 overheating problem

98 camaro 3.8 v6 overheating problem

my 98 Camaro has new water pump and thermostat and im not getting any heat in car runs at 230 at idle and tries to go to 260 driving water lines hot as fire on driver side and barely warm on passenger side any ideas on how to fix

Not familiar with the peculiarities of the 3.8 as this is the LT1 forum you posted in. You also hijacked another LT1 thread with the same question. The V6 forum people should be better equipped to handle your question.

Was the coolant system bleed with the heater on, after the water pump/thermostat replacement?

was bleed with motor running heat was off

You have air in the system, and you're low in coolant. The car needs to be bled initially with the heater on, then again with it off, for best results.
