94 camero fan wiring issue

I have a 94 camero with 3.4L v6 and when I bought it the fan wiring had been cut an wired to the junction box right behind the battery. What I would like to do is wire it back into the relay box like its supposed to be. I have a single electric fan and has only 1 fan relay slot set up. Fan relay slots 2 and 3 don't have the pins inside for the relay to connect to. I can post pics if needed.

Free download of the 1994 factory service manual (FSM):

Fan wiring diagrams are in there. If you only have a single fan you only need a single relay. The second relay was for the V8 models, using two relays to control dual fans independently. Late in 94 model year a third relay was added so the two fans would both run at the same time, both on low speed or both on high speed.

The factory wiring runs the 12 volt (load side) of the relay directly from the red plastic + box near rhe battery. There should be a fusible link (rust colored) in that wire, attached to the red box. The load side of the relay is grounded to the chassis. The signal side of the relay gets 12 volts from the fuse box, and the PCM supplies the ground to pull in the relay. Pin locations and wire colors are in the FSM.

PS: It’s Camaro.
