I'm trying to replace a water pump on a 94 v6 3.4L and I seem to have run into a problem with removing the power steering pump bracket. I've pulled 2 bolts but there is a 3rd one behind the electronic distributor assembly. Does anyone have any tricks on getting the pump out without pulling this bracket? You have to pull all 3 coil packs and the ICM bracket to get to those bolts. There's another 2 bolts or so down on the side of the block.

 

yea you need to pull the packs and the ps pump. go check out auto zones website they have a guide with pics for just about everything. pretty nifty
