Post 3.4 w/ NOS

Anybody done this? Does it work OK? Will a 100 shot damage the engine or is it OK?

100 shot is alittle much for a stock 3.4L. i had nitrous on my other car(now collecting dust in my garage). i would run a 50 shot if you are going use it alot, the most i would ever run on a stock bottem end 3.4 is 75 shot, and that is if you want to keep the engine for any long amount of time. if you want to granade you motor then go for the all out 150 shot !

Nitrous is very tricky. It will find any weak spot in your motor and break it.If you are sure the engine is tip-top then nitrous will be fine as long as you use if correctly.Read up as much as you can and visit the nitrous forums. The more you know the better you are.Nitrous with enough fuel = OK.Nitrous without enough fuel = BOOM.So you have to take into account your fuel pump, injectors, etc.Good luck.
