Post lude vs Camaro

Well I've gotten a challenge from a 1993 Prelude that my friend may buy. He says it has a Type-R motor but I kinda doubt that, that'd be a bit much for a bit to put in plus he's only selling it for 4,500 bucks. It has headers, exhaust, oh and yes the kn. By the i hope, (if SLP will finally ship) ill have a SLP CAI, SS Loudmouth exhaust, headers, and 3.73 gears, but maybe just the first 2. Anyways who do you think will win? I know hes lighter (2,900 lbs), possibly even HP but I have torque and hopefully better gears.

I raced a stock on and I won. But it might be very close. If you have the 3.4L you probly will be fine. But if you have the 3.8L the only thing your friend will see is your tail lights!!! This Is a imortant hint for you when you do race him. Take all the crap you have in your car out to make it lighter! Trust me and I mean ever thing! Plus don't have a full tank of gas because thats alot of extra weight, try and race him when you just have a little of gas left. every little thing will help!!!.

"that'd be a bit much for a bit to put in" typo, meant to say "that'd be a bit much for a kid to put in"

I raced a friend in his '95 Prelude a long time ago. Both of us were pretty much stock. I was able to edge him out by maybe half a car by the end of a 1/4 mile.

Since the two cars look to have similar mods and you have the 3.8l... Just get a good launch and make a nice bet
