I looked under the car lastnight and found my oil sending unit is leaking pretty good. While looking at that, I found another problem. My oil pan is dented and it caused water to get in the metal and rust. I have had this car about 4weeks. I have a 94 3.4L manual tranny Camaro. What engines can I get an oil pan from? Does it have to be a 3.4 camaro or firebird? Or do other engines have the same pan? I appreciate your help guys. Thanks

 

I dont remember specifically which ones can fit but I know for sure that firebird pans won't work. The indentation for the y pipe is not in the same position on the birds. When I swapped my old 3.4 I needed a new pan and bought three different ones from junkyards until I ended up buying one froma stealership because of time constraints. Call a dealer and find out exactly which ones can be used and then get it from a j/y. Dealership charges 180 for a 3.4 oil pan. Ridiculous

 

Does anyone make an aftermarket oil pan for the 3.4?

Can you get me a pic of it? Im looking all over at junk yards around here and they are HARD to come by. If they have them they dont want to take them off the engine. What do you want for it plus shipping to 64801? Thanks
