228/228 Lunati question

Recently i've been looking a lot at cams because my stcok 3.4 just isn't doing it for me. So, my question is, would the lunati 228/228 cam be too aggresive for my daily driven beast, or should i go for a more mild cam. If so, what would you guys recomend. Thanks for any input.

Hey Steve,

I dont have any personal input on a cam for you as i've never really done much on the v6 side...

But general cam discussion/recomendations should be discussed in a generation spacific forum. Transfering- Thanks.

duration is 228/228 at .050, lift is .465 with 1.5 rockers, lobe seperation angle is 110, and intake centerline is 106. It is a hydraulic flat tappet cam.

That is to much lift for stock springs You will need some new springs.
For $42 YOu can get Kmotion K-700 valve springs from summit and fhose are good for .5'' of lift.

it wont be the best on the street, any aftermarket cam will be worse on the street over the stock one, but it should be driveable still, but yes it should be rough
