2000 camaro v6. So confused

I have a 2000 camaro v6 3800. I bought the car as a play toy and it is toying with me. I thought I had a blown head gasket as the compression was really low. Changed the head gasket and all other gaskets and guess what, compression stayed the same. Car is stock. do you think it could be a warped or bent cam, or maybe the cam is just wore out. The car has 187k on it. Any insight.

why did you change the head gasket ????? was the car over heated ??? water in oil ???
If the car was over heated one or both of the heads could be warped....
The compression loss could be going by the piston rings ??? or the valves my not be seating properly

What were the exact numerical results of you compression test - before and after the head gasket replacement?

I changed the head gasket because I had some smoke coming out of the exhaust. I checked the compression and it was low so first instinct for me was head gasket. After the change the valves were redone and all new gaskets. The compression on the passenger side, starting from front of car to back was 140, 60, 45. On the drivers side front to back was 60, 75, 140. They did not change even after the new head gasket was installed.
