For bolt ons you can do a cold air intake, bypass the coolant flow in throttle body. Pacesetter makes headers pretty cheap. Also you can find heaps of 3.4 aluminum heads you can port and polish and change the stock out with. Also port the intake to match(some modifications may need to be done to brackets and such.). Turbo kits are almost non existence for the base model 3.4 but a custom turbo set up can be done with enough determination. My advice would be to just enjoy the peppy eco friendly car and keep it stock. If you want to invest into a Camaro that has better value in the end for the money you put into in find a Z28 or SS.

Do you have an auto trans or 5-speed manual? Changing the rear axle ratio to a higher numerical gear will give the rear wheels more torque on launch. You will reach redline RPM at a lower speed in each gear, but the car will pull harder off the line. If you have an auto trans, a higher stall converter will put the engine into its torque band quicker on launch. Downside of both of these is reduced fuel mileage.
And don't forget nitrous.
