02 Camaro v6 won't start

I have a 02 Camaro with the 3.8 engine and it won't start or even turn over most of the time. Yesterday I replaced the coil packs, and when I went to start it up I got nothing just some clicking. So I thought it was the battery. I then replaced the battery and still nothing the same thing happened. I the replace the starter, but that still isn't it.I was then told it could be the alarm system that was the problem and that it need to be reset. So the guy told me how to do that and I did it, nothing yet again. Tried it a couple more times and once it turned over but didn't start. Now this guy is saying that there is a switch for the fuel pump or for some fuel system component. I'm asking is there ever such a thing as that kind of switch or is he just that stupid. Any other ideas as to why it's not starting are really welcome.

start by checking the ground wires out. make sure the connections at the battery and starter are clean and tight. Does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on ?

There are a number of things could cause this maybe the switch ?? if the engine is not turning over its not the fuel pump are what ever he is talking about
the items that you replaced could have been checked to see if they were bad by someone with
the knowledge to do so there are some guys on here that really know there stuff
however I'm not one of them. did you scan for engine codes??

Re: 02 Camaro v6 won't start

So I finally found out what the problem was with my Camaro, and the problem is that my PCM is fried which was just recently rebuilt btw... apparently the seal wasn't seated right and when it literally poured rain like Niagara Falls pours down water with next to 0 visibility, but on the bright side it's under a warranty
