The two fastest car I've ran

The first one was an 06' mitsu Lancer EVO turbo w/NOS, we were pretty much door to door on both runs up till I got into third, and then I started to walk away, by the time I shut it down in fourth I had three cars on him.

And the second was a 97' SS camaro w/auto, he could eat me up off the line, he could pull about one and a half to two cars before I could start to reel him back in, but by the time I got to third I was back by him.

And just to add, my brother in law has a 95 cobra convertable that he has dumped alot of money into, full exhaust, intake, injectors.....and that is what I know about, he won't tell me about the other stuff, but I rode in it and I thought I was going to get killed, it felt damn fast, it would launch off the line, rev fast, bark the tires every shift, but when it came time to race I got him by two cars, with my A/C on, and alomst a full tank of gas. He whinned and complained about not getting traction so we went back and lined them up again, this time I turned the A/C off, and I spun the tires but I still got him by two+ cars. He hasn't said crap about cars since and I see him almost every day.

If thats all your car has done to it then An LT1 with only a chokemaster muffler cannot hang with a EVO with nitrous , let alone the mustang with as many mods as you wrote down .

OK......you do know that if you have forced induction it allows you to not be as bogged as the NA cars right?

If those are the two fastest cars then you must live in a retirement community. I loved my camaro to death yet I lost to quite a few of the drag cars around here and it was a bolt on with weight reduction. I have a mustang now that with its minor bolt ons would walk by you nicely, yet you beat a modded 5.0( I'm assuming that hes well modded because he can bark EVERY shift) And the EVO would beat you stock without nitrous as its a low 13 second car. With nitrous and its all wheel drive it could hit 12s.

The only your car could hit those times is if it fell a 1/4 mile from the top of a building.

The Evo kill screams BS. From a dig that car should have destroyed you not even a doubt. With NITROUS, it would have been even worse. Unless he has the Holley brand kit, its called nitrous. That always bugs me, and it's what all the honda cars got. Naaaaaws!

I'm agreeing with Demon's Camaro on this one for sure.

So your stock car (with a different muffler) that would normally trap 100-102 mph now traps at around 97-98 at that elevation. You mean to tell us it blows the doors off a forced induction car that loses practically nothing - maybe 1 mph - at altitude? He's still getting 102-103 traps up there in nosebleed territory.

Then he's spraying on top of that. Now, I'd hope nobody sprays an otherwise stock Evo because there is a lot more power to be gained on the stock setup before needing a bottle. But, just say he sprayed a stock car and it was just a 50 shot. That should give him a 6-8 mph advantage over your car and it wouldn't even be close up top.

Game console statement was priceless, I laughed out loud.

As for the 97 he prolly let off the gas at the end of second and you ricered fly-byed him. The evo I have been told was the new generation of xmods. All is well again in the world as we have the full story.
