Terminator kills???

Terminator = 03/04 Cobra "for noobs"

Anyone gotten a piece of one of these things?

I'd like stories either way, win/lose.

Listed mods of each car would be awesome!!

Re: Terminator kills???

My personal experience with one. I also beat one at the 1/8th mile track a while back. In his defense, the car was new to him, he couldnt drive, and he couldnt get traction.

Re: Terminator kills???

I've run a couple, and frum dig I will pull a solid 8-10 cars on a stock one. There is a local 'dyno queen' that put down 500 some rwhp, but he doesn't pull unless we do a 40+ roll on, and even then it doesn't pull like it should.

Mods in sig.

Re: Terminator kills???

Cobra's are heavy cars they need an extra 40rwhp to beat an f-body. I pulled a lot of fat off of mine. Seats for a racing seats, iron block for a alum. one, tubular k-member, a-arms, coil overs, ect I'm about 3200-3300lb as of now.

Re: Terminator kills???

I used to beat up on one during points last year but he was stock'ish running 12.70's to my 11.50's so not much of a race.

Impressive cars tho - I'd love to own one.

Getting one down to the 3200-3300 area is pretty dang good.

Re: Terminator kills???

I ran one heavily modified 03 last year at the track. He could not get traction and still ran 11.5@125 ..... I have no idea how the guy launched that car with the IRS.
