Raced several mustangs.

Don't know if LT1 tech is the correct place to post this but here it goes. went out with my buddies tonight, ALL of which have mustangs (hey some ppl just don't have taste lol). well we played around some and i was quite happy with the results. all of these were from a 20-30mph except for one. I raced a 98 cobra with exhaust and CAI from a stop and got him by two and a half cars. Raced another 2000 GT that had cams, CAI and full exhaust from a roll and it was dead even (raced 3 times). After that i ran a 2005 or 06' (not sure) GT that was bone stock manual car and beat him by at least a car. The others i didn't mess with because they were 03' CObra's with a lot of mods. It was an eventful night and i was happy. Not too bad when a 95' with bolt-ons can hang with newer cars and even one with motor work.

No, this is not the right place. Kills Stories might be more appropriate.

Let me clarify..... "LT1/LT4 Engine Tech" is not the place to post things about street racing. Hope that helps you post in the correct forum in the future. There is no "Street Kill" forum, since we can not responsibly endorse street racing. So.... I'll move it to "Track Kills" for you........

Re: Raced several mustangs.

Good kills I guess. Stop picking on Mustangs though .. you might run into one that can actually get out of their own way some day
