New SRT-4 VS ME....A Tie.

Well i was on my way back from the gym last night. When me and this SRT-4 got into it. He gassed it next to me and reved back so i new it was on. There were a car infront of me and him while we were aproaching a red light. His car made a right hand turn and mine a left, but his turned first so he was already stopped at the light ready to go. Mine got out of my way and i was pressing on the brakes to slow down. Right when i was about to come to a complete stop(my foot still on the brake) the light turned green and he took off like a ****. With my delayed reaction with my foot having to go from the brake to the gas and with me starting off from an idle he got me good off the line. I was at his bumper. We went too about 100mph. With the end result with me being to his rear door. It was a very good race. Even though when we let off he was in front at the end of the race. I say it was a tie because with the jump he had on me he never pulled on me and i only gained a tiny bit back. I don't know if he had any mods or not. But it was the brand new, more powerfull SRT-4 and he had a few small(parts) stickers on the side of his back window. I couldn't read what they said though. He was a cool guy and we gave eachother a thumbs up. I was unable to talk to him like i would of liked too though.

Does this sound right to you? The outcome was basically what i expected, even though i would of liked to be out infront at the end.

Sounds about right. My 2004 went 13.9@101 stock, which is enough to beat stock LT1s and give lightly modified LT1s fits. Good run!

No, i'm not from Ohio. Why do you ask. If only i had my headers installed and not in my trunk then it would of been a different story.
