My bird vs. a Lancer

I was out in my bird for the first time last night. It was sprinkling, so I thought it would be a good time to let the rain remove some of the dust that gathered on my car from storage all winter. I was driving down 224 past Denny's headed towards Canfield. A black Lancer OZ Rally edition with a misaligned front aftermarket bumper and pillar gauges floors it past me as I'm just cruising down the hill stick in traffic. We get stopped at the light by A&W. Light changes and we both leave normally. I'm waiting for him to do something when he finally decides to press the gas. I see him advancing in my side mirror as I lightly tap the throttle to keep my one car length distance ahead of him. I take it up to 55-60mph while only having the gas between 1/4-1/2 ways down. I let off around 60mph and slow down to 5-over. That was my fun for the night.

Nice part throttle race, I had one of those with a Hemi Magnum. The title had me thinking you went head to head with an Evo, either way good kill.
