So this moron thinks his glorified detroit ricer can take on a Z06 at hywy speed??? 
My advice is to go smoke his *** and put him in his place! Sounds like he has been watching too much of the " Fast and the Furious movies). And, oh WOW he has a boost controller, scary! Not to mention a stock intercooler,turbo, need I say more. Let this clown shoes run all the race gas he wants. And after you walk his sorry 4 banger, offer him a ride in a real car. I am SOOO tired of these guys that think there stage 1 cars are Race Cars and that LT-1's are slow

Dude you seem like an azz... im not a big ricer fan i rather have a moded 2002 Camaro SS but.....Just because The SRT-4...dont have a V-8 dont mean its slow.....Ive seen a few ricers that would kick a moded V-8's azz.....A stage 3 SRT-4 would more then likly kick your azz.....

I like the SRT-4, I wont go bashing on them. As for the kill on a Z06 from a roll that is bs unless he is modded to the teeth.

hes really not that modded, his boost controler is this little valve thing that he made, and some other turbo drivers make around here, as for the beating a Z06 I dont believe it either. I also like the SRT-4, infact, I almost bought one before I found my trans am.. his car gets my respect, I dont think of it as a regular ricer becuase they can be pretty impressive. He has the dealer (borla) exhaust on it that comes with the stage 1 and it sounds like a v6 with exhaust, but very good sounding though. Im not real used to my car yet, racing wise becuase Ive only had it for about 3 monthes, about a month of that was driving it, and with a bad opti so I couldnt really get the feel. Well see.

also this kid is one of my best friends as well, hes deffinatly not a poor sport and for the most part, is not full of **** at all! he was raised around muscle, his dad has always been a drag racer. Needless to say, he knows his stuff and isnt one to go spout his mouth off. Not your typical ricer here.

Just because you haven't been beat by a modified 4 cylinder doesn't mean there aren't fast ones out there.

I was kidding about the LT1 being slow. Had an LT1 SS a few years ago. Loved it.
My C5 is kinda slow. It only pulled 13.2 bone stock. Stroker motor should make it decently fast.

The mystical Z28 I own is in the process of neign changed over to a PTK turbo kit ( was a Procharger at 8psi twin intercoolers) w/ a T-76GTS, A2W,50mm tial BOV, Tial Wastegate,(Gen 2 kit). I am building the motor right now, 355 all forged internals, je pistons, fully ported heads w/stock sized vales,ported intake,twin walbro intank, mcleod street twin, F.A.S.T. ECU. The suspension features Hotchkis pan hard bar, LCA's, random tech adj torque arm, subframe connectors, all poly bush, 18 inch SSR, Brembo Gran turismo w/ cryo treated 13.1 inch two piece rotors. The turbo kit and engine combo has made 1012RWHP and runs into the 9's. SRT what
