sorry guys but i had to do it. few days ago took the z28 emblems off and with the weather being nice, took it out today. im getting gas when a red gt (01-04) he starts pumping his gas onthe other side and his buddy in the car starts talking to him but smack about my car. i mention that its only a 6 cylinder w/ straight pipes but i will still beat you. he got cocky and never thought to ask to see under the hood. we got done, he fired up first, we agreed on a local road and the look on his face when i turned the key
took us a few minutes to get to the road, tried to keep it quiet on the way, got there, another few minutes before no traffic so we can catch the light together (we had both pulled off the road) we line up, light go green and well, if he was stupid enough to believe i had a 6 cyl, even better because i smoked him by about 20 cars

 

Sorry I'm not buying it.... 20 cars? I'm waving the BS flag..........

 

I remember raping those 2v GT's all the time in the Z. The only one I lost to was supercharged to all hell and ran 11's.

the 11.2 run that was listed. who knows, maybe ill have n20 or some other surprise soon though. what track do you go to? i know of cecil in md, thats about it.

 

Ya that was last year. I've uhh... taken care of a few things since then and expecting to be much faster this year I retired the vortech S trim that I was previously running for a little bit more of a blower (Novi 2000 RR).

I got to a lot of the tracks in Maryland. Cecil is quite a drive for me though.... it's like 75+ miles.. screw that. Capital raceway is approx 15 minutes away
