Cool E36 M3 not what I thought would happen.

Maybe It's just my town, but every BMW 3 and 5 series driver around here is cocky. Three months ago I had a run in with black mid 90's M3 with exhaust and rims as visible mods. He cut me off and then throws revs at me while I'm turning off. Did'nt get to try him.

Tonight I'm coming home from my girlfriends house just cruising to some music
when I see some definitely aftermarket HIDs comming towards me fast, He pulls a U turn and comes after me. I get excited, Light turns red and I get that feeling of a kill coming on. Sure enough right next to me stops the same M3 from months before. I'd been looking for this bastard. I ask him what he has done, He replies "chip, intake, exhaust. Why, you wanna see what a real car can do?" I did'nt replie, I just threw a rev back at his revs. He gave me the mocking I'm so scared look, and it was on. Wait what's this, ZO6 pulls into the third lane and throws a rev. At this point, I did'nt care if there were any cops, this was a badass race commin up.

Light turns green I launch hard as hell (new 3.73s helped more than I thought) on the M3 and put a car on him at the top of first. The pulling did'nt stop, by 80, when I let off, I had him by about four solid cars. As for the ZO6, well he had me by a few... tour busses, lol. I go to give the M3 guy a thumbs up but he put up his windows and wound'nt look over. Guess his "real car" has nice a/c. Me and the ZO6 guy stopped and talked for awhile about other kills and such.

I thought an E36 with those mods would have kept up better, what do they run. BTW, I'm an 80's music fan so this M3 got killed while I was listening to Phil Collins- Sususudio. The look on his face was priceless. Sorry for the long post.

Stock they are in the 14s, 240HP. I doubt his mods gave him more than 20HP at the crank, if that. Maybe high 13s with a perfect launch?

Good kill. Bad taste in music though

80s music ONLY here, from hair bands to Run DMC, Kenny Rogers to the Fat Boys. I also saw Phil Collins live in Orlando last Sept at his farewell tour. I wish some of the new artists would watch him and understand you can give a great show without having to lip synch.

Hey I like 80's music too. And I thought I was the only one
I'm going to see John Mellencamp and John Fogarty on July 7. Going in a limo. Should be a great time.

http://www.nbc.com/nbc/Hit_Me_Baby/index.shtml

Last week was The Knack, Tommy Tutone, Haddaway, and Vanilla Ice. Ice won the overall vote.

This week's show will feature Irene Cara, **** Chung, Cameo, and Sophie B. Hawkins.

Yeah, yeah, I know it's not a kill but it's a killer show

Nicely written! It's always enjoyable to serve up a side-order of ego on a hubcap, right next to the bloody, quivering chunk of "gluteus" you tore off...

And speaking for myself, don't worry about the length, I'd rather read a long, well-written story than one with crappy grammar/spelling, etc. I enjoyed yours.
