CRX race
Yesterday while I was driving I found a car that was sanded down to the metel driving around, my first thought was "thats gonna suck if it rains" Then I notice he has no interior,no dash. So we get to a red light, and im getting ready, light turns green, I spin argh, he gets a couple lenghts because once I start spinning gotta let off, then we went to the interstate. I put it on the floor once so he would get the drift. So next time I do it we both **** down, (me shifting down first) and he comes flying by me going through gears like theres no tomarrow. At this point im thinking that it is a full race car with a clear coat over the metel. So we do this about 5 more times, and it just gets worse from there, I had no chance. The odd part is I heard no turbo or anything of that sort. So he was stomping us on motor, alwell. Was funny because once we was done I see he had been to the drag strip from the numbers in his window. Was crappy to lose but was cool to see.

You are not suppost to tell any person that **** like that happens. Kinda like crapping your pants. You dont tell no one. Personally i probally wouldnt leave mt room for a week after having a rice maker kick my ****. Race car or not. Those cars only push about 300-400 hp with out fi. And that is all high end hp. American cars kill them in low end and high end. My thought on this, theres no excuse to get killed by a egg-roll on four wheels and some engine mods.

You got to take the good with the bad, who said this car was FI or not FI. Non the less 300 to 400 horse is 60 to 160 more than I have, not to mention he had serious weight reductions. Its ok though, if I put that much money into my motor, id have double his power :P

Re: CRX race
You said it wasn't fi. I've killed plenty of rice rickets with way more power than me. Cuz buy the time they vtec(lol) kicks in I'm at home sleeping. All their power is at the last of their rpms. And it doesn't last long. Even on nitrous I still kill them. Displacment will always win. Torque baby torque. I think it has something to do with the driver.

Friend of mine has an H22 motor in his crx. Completly gutted, stock internals on the motor, just intake/header/exhaust. It ran 13.1 at 107 on 14" slicks.
Dont count the little cars out ;p

And a 400 horse honda crx that weights under 2000 lbs will absolutely smoke a 4th gen f-body that makes anything less than 350 horse.
