hp and weight ofcorse matters. but if your talking slow speeds such as 1/4mi or 1/8 mi even the 70 mph roll gears CAN make all the differance.

if the vette is basically stock you could equalize his advantages with the proper gearing. now if you want to run 180 with him the gears wont really help becouse the faster you get the more the hp weight and wind resistance matters.


oh yea, this is assuming you have the bolt-ons or whatever.

i have never had a corvette run with me over 140
i want to see them leave me all the way to 180
