So how would you know this? You obviously haven't been down it anytime receintly.

So where is it written that what you say is the stone cold truth? You still haven't provided any proof that cars with mods similar to yours can run anything close to a 13.0 or less, you've just alienated other members. Also, did you even try to defend anything you said? Nope, you simply attacked me with no provocation. How did I end up being a troll for stating some of the Mustang's obvious flaws?

Can't say I've ever owned a Mustang. But I have worked on more than my fair share. I know I won't ever buy a SN95 or a Fox body.

So how many bruises do you have on your knuckles from hitting the dash? Probably none since you have no reason to powershift since you don't ever go to the track. So how tall are you? I'm guessing like 3' tall with a true short man's complex. You always seem to think you're right.

You're really one to talk about internet racing.

As far as the last sentence in that little rant of yours goes, two things to consider.

1. Remedial English classes for **** poor grammar.

2. Ask your boyfriend to help you out with the "**** my ***!" part.

Yep, I never go to the track. Look on the Corral.net or modulardepot.com and see what the guys are running with certain mods.

Typical "Chevy guy" that can't handle anything other than a Chevy being fast. You'll get your lesson in humility sooner or later.

Nothing typical about me, although I do admit to being a "Chevy guy". I've seen my share of quick Fords, most of them being Mustangs. Heck, I know the guys who built the first 200 mph Pro 5.0 car, guess what it was... a teal 5.0 Mustang. One now drives a 6 second Mustang, and the other has a 240Z that runs in the low 7's.

So what's humility got to do with anything? I never claimed I was the hottest thing around. I know there are plenty of cars faster than my TA, and there always will be. All I did was ask for you to post some proof of a car like yours running around 13.0.

Re: Is a C6 all that fast ?

I don't think there's any more chance of "fiction" on a Ford board than you see here or any other board, as long as you go into the Tech section. A quick check found:

2003 GT M5
Street Tired 2VNA
13.15 at 103.37-1.77 60-275 nittos
13.23 at 104.02-1.92 60' stock tire

mods are-
removed front swaybar
removed headlight
removed spare,jack,bar
cnl upper plenum w/ stock tb
steeda t/a at 15*
steeda cold air intake
steeda tri-ax
magnaflow o-r x
magnaflow catback
frpp 4.10s
coming over winter...
weld prostars, et-drags 26x15x10
maybe skinnys...not sure
rear seat delete
longtubes
and steedas lower control arms

Steve Y's claim seems a bit optimistic, but it's close.

All that stuff and it's not even in the HIGH 12's? With all that weight removed you would think that it perform alot better than that.

EDIT: Just saw the "Coming over winter" part. Still seems a bit slow to me though.

Outlived it's usefullness.

Some of you seem to live and breathe just to defend your brand of preference. I hope they paid you well for the loyalty.
