Yes even an auto Fbody takes a little practice leaving the tree (has a ton more power and torque then any GT period), heck my first time out in my 97 273 car I ran a 14.9@100 mph...next time out I ran a 14.0/14.1 w/ a K&N...just to bring you back to reality your no competition for a LS1...Like I said in the past stick to the stock or lightly modded 323 and 6spd LT1 cars...seems more in your league
Bite me queer boy. You don't know your a** from a f***ing hole in the ground about anything!

Ask anybody at my track about the LS1 kills. I beat them in the 1/4 mile thanks mostly to the tires. I don't pull them once they get traction, but I beat them to the 1/4 mile mark.
Still singing that same old song, wow. Why dont you get some ****ing times for christs sake?? Nobody wants to hear about your chicken ****, non-timed, flashlight, drag races. Get some ****ing track times.

Plenty of people street race and don't have times on this site. What makes me any different not having times and racing at the grudge track? Stock cars like mine have gone 13.6s. Cars with my mods have gone high 12s to low 13s. I probably run mid to low 13s. I don't need times to stroke my ego like queers like you. I'll get some ****ing times if and when i'm good and ready. I you don't like it **** my ***!

Right..... Your car can go 12s. Seriously, you seem to talk alot of trash. I figured you would be nicer since you drive a sorry excuse for a sports car. Why don’t you go talk your trash an o mustang board.

I said cars with my mods HAVE GONE high 12s to low 13s. Somewhere in there. I never GUARANTEED 12s with my mods. Sorry excuse for a sports car? At least I can see out of my car, it doesn't have a picnic table for a dashboard, a hump in the passenger floorboard and the ****ing engine isn't under the dash! What is with all you sh** talking a-holes lately? Why don't you go to the coming out of the closed board. It would fit you well.

They're all new guys. Anyone with a clue would know that since you have DRs, pretty much all it would take is to run people who don't have DRs, and then lose just a little too much traction. By the end of the 60', it's pretty much over... too much distance to make up.

When I first ran my Z06, I was in that position a LOT... having to make up a huge distance that I lost in the first 60' down the strip.

No. I bought a BRAND NEW '04 Z06 for $42,500 + tax/tags on June 30 of this year, and many other people have gotten as good or better deals. Like I said, the C5 Z06 is cheaper, faster, handles better, and stops better than a base C6. I could care less about having the latest and greatest - all I care about is bang for the buck. I don't even like Corvettes - they seem to attract an inordinate number of people who know nothing about cars. For $42.5K, I can't think of a better all around performance car.

I don't think I'm better than anybody, I just think the C5 Z06 is the best car for the money for MY priorities. I stand by what I said about typical Vette owners (there's no reason to believe this won't apply to C6 owners also): most are not "car" people and are completely clueless about their own cars, much less other performance cars. I think the average Z06 owner is more likely (but certainly not always) to be a car guy. Why would you put up with a harsher rider, less refinement, less room, no convertible or removable top, etc., unless performance was you highest priority?

In fact, the worst thing about my Z06 is that I am constantly embarassed to be seen in it because the general public perceives Corvettes to be mid-life crisis redneck cars. I get constant torment from coworkers and family about this car being a mullet mobile. Luckily, I don't give a rats *** about what other people think, I care about performance. Does that sound like someone who thinks thier better than everyone else?

Yeah, the Mustang's crappy shifter postition, transmission crossmember that bolts to sheet metal floor pans, and front end that won't hold alignment for crap is so much better.

Also, where's your proof? I want to see a car with your mods hit high 12's.

Cars like mine have gone high 12's with no mods what so ever. Face it, your car sucks, and has the run of a lifetime with a 6 speed LT1. If anyone is the queer, its you. First of all, your car is gay, and slow. Second of all, who gets a bachelors in pre-med?? Why wouldnt you get a bachelors in something else, so you could use it when you dont go to med school (which you obviously havent), and still go to med school if you wanted to ? That would be like taking all pre-law courses, then deciding you dont like it, getting a bachelors, and not being able to use it for **** unless you went to law school later?? Nobody cares about your grudge matches, get some times, loser. You wont get any times, because you are scared to post them afterwards, plain and simple. BTW, how can you call me a queer, then tell me to suck your dick? If anyone can suck-start a leaf blower, its you. If i were you, i would torch my slow-*** GT, collect the insurance money, and go buy something a little faster, like say a KIA, i think a KIA would fit a ********** like you very well.

Thank you! Somebody that understands! I've only run LS1s on regular street tires before. Besides, my track is an ice scating rink w/o DRs. Maybe these internet racers will get off their duffs and visit a track and see for themselves.

I'm really scared of you Zoo*ss. Every car has their shortcomings. Can't handle the truth? The Mustang has plenty of shortcomings as well. Smaller engine, weak trans, weak axles, no T-tops, etc.

I will learn to respect people whose opinions differ from mine.

I said high 12s TO low 13s, somewhere in there. Can you read? Obviously not. Back to grammar school little troll. Front end alingment is held fine in these cars. I've owned them for 6 years, how about you? I like the shifter position, but then again I am not a 5' 5" tall guy with short man's complex.
