Buddy of mine on my pool team has a 3.0L '03 BMW Z4.. On league nights we've talked a few times about racing and we pretty much agree I would take him in a drag race, although likely get killed on a road course..

Well Saturday we were at a local pool hall practicing before heading to The Moose Lodge for city championships. When we left we decided to hit Wendys for some feed first.. So we pull out onto North O.B.T. and just happened to get stopped side by side at the light.. We both knew what this meant.. The time had finally come to see what happens.. Light turns green and I got a great launch getting just a small amount of wheel spin while still getting on it pretty good. I zipped passed him from the line and we shut down at about 65 with about 2 cars on him. Then made our turn into Wendys... As we walked in he said "Yup, you can take me."

So decent run, I know the Z4 is not much and we had to shut down early, but was still nice..

 

nicely done, i played around with one of these not too long ago, some old guy drivin, couldnt get beside em tho , but i did let him know he wasnt leavin me
