So I'm on the way to work this morning and run across a mid 90s Prelude with custom paint, clear tails, chromey homie wheels, a poota pipe, and a wing. I saw him getting ready to turn right onto the road I was on as I went through a stoplight. I glanced over to look at his car and I guess he thought I wanted some?? As soon as traffic's clear he buzzes off after me weaving through traffic. He gets up to me and starts pacing me. Low and behold, we pull up to a red light. He and his buddy look over at me with their "this is how we get down woady" look on their faces and throw a rev at the same time. I roll my eyes and stare back at the light. It turns green a second later and a give it about half throttle just to see if he wanted to play. He took off nomal and a few seconds later after I had sped up ahead about 5-6 cars and resumed going the legal speed limit, I hear him down shift and take off. I'm like wtf?? As he gets closer just to the point of passing me I see what clearly looked like an intercooler in his front dam. A second passes and he come FLYING by doing at least 80-90 in a 45. My turn comes up and I pull into work as he drives out of sight.

I will never understand why these "fly-bys" happen....

It's too bad 'cause after seeing that intercooler I would have like to have run him for fun.
