Altitude question

I live about 1000ft above sea level. I run low 14's in my auto
LT-1. Do you think i would run faster times at sea level? I was just curious if 1000ft alt. would make a difference.

Yes a small difference. About .2 and 1 mph faster at sea level than at 1000 feet. At 4000 feet the correction for me is about .8 and 5 mph.

just be glad you dont live in CO, drag racing at almost 6K and still trying to break 14's
