This is to funny...
The attitude someone gets because he/she has a nice/fast car. I don't know why this is, and it is not just the mustang people, as I have had "the look" from Corvette people and f-body's too! Some LS1 people look at the LT1 the way some look at the L98 in 3rd gen cars..can be a mistake!

I had an 03 Cobra pick a street fight with me. He kept looking over at me and making hand jestures how small I was and snikering at my car. I had my son in the car with me (17yrs old), and I won't race in any kind of traffic.
He motioned for me to turn off at the next road..I did, and it was a newly resurfaces 4 lane with a median. No Traffic here yet. We go from the dig..By the end of third gear I could see him in my rear view mirror (the one mounted on the windshield).
After we spun around, we roll side by side again and he looks over at me (honestly) with a WTF??? look. I looked at him and said "man you have a beautiful car"gave him a thumbs up! And it was...I like the look of the 03 Cobra..and it has so much potential!
I was thinking WOW I just blew you away. But did not say anything negitive to him...why?

Had a C5 owner flip me a bird as I was passing his door. I had been behind him and had to pull out into the lane next to him so...

What is it about people and their "P RIDE ?"

Had another C5 start up with me...whipped em...he comes up for more...whipped em again....not enough so a third time he comes up...same result...finally he pulls a u turn and goes away.

I have had my @$$ handed to me ...I don't see getting mad.
I don't see having a big head about your own car either..
It's all in fun is'nt it?
Is'nt there always going to be someone a little faster...........

Yeah I had a C5 owner acting really cocky before (and his gf was in the car), but we really didn't get to race, too much traffic, the one time we did anything, it was at a light and I was behind him at the light, and he got on it in front of me...no race though. It was bone stock. I would have liked to be next to him or on the highway

 

I just had my first race with a 03 Mustang and it wasen't too good. He was pulling pretty good on me up until around 80 mph when I had to shut down to make my turn. Later I find out that it is an 11 sec car. Thing is this guy seemed nice, cause he even waved at the end.

Too much for my barely modded Z28 to handle!

 

its albout the driving, one day your king of the would the next your not.just remember there always some ls1 thats faster.
